The property manager can access guest request reports by following the steps below:

 

Step 1: From the Dashboard screen, click on the reports tab on the left side of the screen.


 



Step 2: Click on System Reports and then select Guest Reports

 

Step 3: Select the kind of guest request i.e. Notes (Booking notes created by staff or OTA notes) or Reminder set for any note

 

It will show the Notes/Reminders which are scheduled for the current day for the In house/ Upcoming bookings for the day

 

For OTA notes, it will show during the course of stay until they are marked as done as they are not scheduled for a specific time/day

For Reminders, it will show it on the scheduled day or multiple days if they are scheduled for multiple days

 


 


Step 4: 


Step I: The Reports display the following information:

  • Room No & Booking ID

  • Notes/To Do 

  • Created on

  • Created by

  • Scheduled on

Step II: A particular Task can be marked as done by clicking on the Mark as done button. 

 

 


Step 5:  

Step I: Pending and completed filters can be applied on the on the reminders

Step II: A report can be downloaded by clicking on the download report button.
