The property manager can now analyse the Revenue, Occupancy and Average Room Rate in a graphical form on the OYO OS, this feature will provide a better visibility of the business metrics of their property.

The analytics dashboard can be accessed by following the steps below:

 

Step 1:  Click on the Trends button. 

 

 

Step 2: After clicking on the Trends button, there will be 3 graphs on the main page; Revenue, Occupancy and Average Room Rate. These 3 graphs represent insights on the mentioned metrics.


 

Step 3: To view the Revenue graph in detail, click on the ‘Detail’ button on revenue graph,alternatively you click anywhere in the middle of the graph to view more details. 

 

 

Step 4: On this page, for a better understanding, the data can be seen day wise, week wise and month wise.

 


Step 5:  Room type filter can be applied to get insights for different room types. 

 

 

 Step 6:  Booking Status filters can be applied to get insights of the data, Booking status and  Booking Source wise. 

 I) The booking statuses that can be analyzed:

  • No show

  • Cancelled

  • Checked Out

  • Checked in

  • Confirmed 

  • Saved

 

 

 II) Booking Sources that can be analysed:

  • All Online Travel Agents (Booking.com, Expedia, Hoteltonight etc.) 

  • OYO

  • Walk in

 

 

 

 

  

Step 7: Date filter can be used to get insights for a particular date range.
