The property manager can now add reminders for tasks that a guest may ask for, reminders can be set to a booking on OYO OS by following the steps below:

 

Step 1: From the homepage of the OYO OS navigate to the bookings screen and click on the booking for which a reminder needs to be set.


 

Step 2: After clicking on the booking, scroll to the Notes/To Do section, and type the reminder task requested by the guest. 

 

 

 

Step 3:  To configure the reminder follow the below steps:

I) Enter the reminder message.

II) Click on the bell icon to reveal more options. 


Step 4: 

I) The assigned room will be automatically selected, in case of multiple rooms, rooms can be removed as per the requirement.

II) Type in the time at which the task is requested for.

 

Step 5: 

I) From the ‘Notify me before’ drop down menu, select the how much time  should the OYO OS should remind you of the task.

II) Click on the ‘Play Reminder Tone’ checkbox if you want a tone to accompany the notification. 



Step 6: Click on the ‘Add’ button to add the reminder to the booking.
