Property managers can add bills of any item/service offered in their OYO hotel and print an Invoice by a click of a button through OYO OS. For being able to utilize the functionality, the invoicing first needs to be configured on property’s OYO OS login.

 

Configuration of the invoice can be done by clicking on ‘Settings’ on the left menu and then on ‘Bills’ under the settings option.


Clicking on bills will take the user to the bills setting page.


Invoice setting has page has six sub-sections under it to update the invoice settings:


Each of the configuration sub-section must be duly updated to be in a position to print correct invoices as per the local government regulations. Each section has been covered in greater detail as to how to update the information and configure the invoicing module. Please refer to the help section for those articles.


It is the responsibility of the property manager to keep the invoicing configuration up to date as per the law of the land in which the property is currently operating its business.
