1 | Edit Details | Use : View and edit guest details. When : Always available for use |
2 | Print Details | Use : Print guest card When : Always available for use |
3 | B2B Profile - Add Details | Use : View and edit business details and billing details When : Always available for use |
4 | Check In | Use : Check in When : Available only on the scheduled check in day. |
5 | Check out | Use : Check out When : Available only after the booking has been checked in. |
6 | Cancel Booking | Use : Cancel a booking When : Available only before the booking has been checked in. Enter a reason for cancellation and cancel the booking. |
7 | Mark No Show | Use : Mark booking as No Show When : Available only after the scheduled check in day has passed. |
8 | Update Room | Use : Change room category When : Available near the room category and this option can be used even after the guest has checked in. The system will show additional charges, if applicable for upgraded room. |
9 | Modify | Use : Change dates of the booking When : Check in date cannot be modified after the guest has checked in. Otherwise, you can change dates according to room availability. |
10 | Change Occupancy | Use : Change occupancy When : Available according to room type and occupancy allowed for each room type. |
