Steps to create a new booking 

  

        1. Click on the ‘New Booking’ button always accessible from any OYO OS screen.

        

      

        2. You will be moved to a new booking screen. By default, this new booking screen shows up for 

            ‘1 Guest, 1Room, 1Night’.

       

            

        3. On this screen, enter booking details such as Contact DetailsStay Details

            Billing Details and Notes, if any.

        

   

        4. In the ‘Contact Details’ section, make sure to select or enter appropriate country code

            for the guest’s mobile number.

          

    

        5. In the ‘Contact Details’ section, after Mobile Number, Name & E-mail address, 

            select your ‘Type of Profile’ and ‘Company/Business Name’

       

Note : 

  • If the customer has been registered with OYO OS earlier, guest details and last stay details will be automatically fetched from the system. Refer to the image below.
  • In the image below, ‘Last Stay Details’ section shows how many times the guest has stayed with your hotel and with OYO OS. This section also allows you to check his last stay details.

   

        6. In the ‘Stay Details’ section, enter check in and check out date. 

            ➤You will notice that room availability will change according to these dates.

                               

        7. Click on ‘View Price Details’ and check the price for available rooms. 

            ➤Notice the Min & Max price available for each room.

             

            Note : Let’s understand what Min & Max price stands for?        

            The Min & Max price is the minimum and maximum price for a room shown according to the 

            number of pax selected. This price is controlled by OYO but if you wish to change it, 

            please contact us through partner support or contact AGM.

    

        8. Select the number of guests and desired room from the drop down list of available rooms.

       

      

        9. Use the ‘Add Room’ button in the ‘Stay Details’ section to add another room for this booking.

           

     

        10. Finally, click on the ‘Create Booking’ button at the top of the screen to create your booking.

             Also, notice the ‘Total Charges’ shown alongside the Create Booking button.

       

        Note : Once the booking is created, it can be seen listed on the ‘Bookings’ screen of OYO OS.

     

Points to remember while creating a walk-in booking

  • Notice the ‘Total Charges’ for the room, available at the top right of ‘Create Booking’ screen.

  • Notice the Min & Max charges available for the room. You can also edit the charges between the minimum and maximumMin/Max range.
