Introduction

Property managers can now use the Chat feature to instantly enquire about OYO OS or any other issues faced while managing the inventory. This feature allows property managers and front desk staff members to directly chat via OYO OS and our partner support team will provide them with a quick solution.

We are committed to provide you fast response through our instant chat feature, during working hours of 9am to 6pm.


Using the Chat Feature

1. The Chat iconis always available at the bottom right corner of every screen. Click on the icon to start your chat.



2. Chat window will open on the bottom right corner of the screen. Write your query or issue there.

You can chat about any issue; or if you need help with any of the OYO OS feature; or report a system bug.

Tip : Always mention the Booking ID wherever available for the query.



Note:

  • A ticket for your every query will be created and resolution will be updated on the chat window.

  • Chat window retains chat history. You can anytime refer to all previous chats and updates on old issues raised on the chat.

Let's look at one example :

  1. Click on the Chat iconand enter your query.


  2. If your chat window is minimized, you will see the response notification as below. Click on the notification or Chat icon to see the response and continue chatting.

           

      3. You will receive a response from support team as shown in the image below.

           


  4. Once you have received response from our support team, please rate our services. You may also leave your valuable comment and help us serve you better. Finally, please close the window.
