Introduction
OYO OS offers three different ways to view and manage bookings efficiently. The List View, the Calendar View and the Rooms View are the three views available and you can use any view according to your requirement. Choosing appropriate view will reduce your time spent on managing multiple bookings.
List View - displays a complete list of Upcoming, InHouse and Completed bookings.
Calendar View - displays week’s bookings in a calendar format.
Room View - displays all the bookings of current day according to each floor of your property.

1. The List View
The List View displays a list of all the bookings and is the simplest & best place to make most of the booking related operations. This view comes with ‘Upcoming’ bookings list that shows a complete list of upcoming bookings from current day and later, ‘InHouse’ bookings list that shows already checked-in bookings and the last one is ‘Completed’ bookings list that shows all the paid & closed along with no-show bookings. Moreover, you can also see the source of booking from ‘Booking Info’ section.
Few Recommended quick actions through the List View :
In ‘Upcoming’ list, see total number of check-ins pending for today, tomorrow and later.
In ‘Upcoming’ list, locate a today’s booking and view/modify booking details in no time.
Download list of today’s check-ins in excel file or CSV format. Use the ‘Download Today’s Arrival’ option available at the top right of the screen.
- Print guest card in just a click. Use the printer iconavailable in right corner of each booking.
- Find already checked-in guest details by clicking on the ‘In House’ list.
- Help your guest with quick check-out process through ‘In House’ list and select ‘Collect Payment’.
- Need to find previously closed bookings or no-shows, just click on ‘Completed’ button to see the complete list.

2. The Calendar View
The Calendar view shows bookings in a calendar format. You can see occupancy status for one week on a single screen. Click on any booking to check and modify guest reservation details. Easy colored background of bookings tell check-in status in just a glance!
Moreover, this view also offers built in data filters named ‘Floors’, ‘Room Type’ and ‘Housekeeping Status’ that will help you sort bookings according to your requirement. And, don’t miss the occupancy percentage available at the header of each day.

Know Booking Status
➤Want to check occupancy status?
Use this view to know week’s occupancy and use available filters such as ‘Room Type’ for refined results.
➤ Use arrows on top of calendar view to move either one day or one week.
➤Want to check unassigned bookings?
Click on this icon, available on top right corner, and unassigned booking list will display.
Also check the count of unassigned bookings as shown in the image below.
➤Want to change room type for yet to be checked-in booking?
Simply drag and drop the booking tile. Note that room type for already checked-in booking cannot be changed.
Know Booking Details
➤Want to reserve a particular room for a guest?
Simply click open a booking and select ‘Pin Room’ option.
Pin symbol on a booking indicated that the room type has been reserved.
➤Want to quickly identify upcoming group bookings?
Notice the icon with three heads on booking and know the group check-ins.
➤Want to check how many payments are pending for the day or week?
Notice the Red dot on booking, it indicates that the payment is pending.

Know Booking Status
Yellow background of booking indicates that it is scheduled for check-in.
Green background of booking indicates that it is already checked-in.
Grey background of booking indicates that it is already checked-out.
Red hatched background of booking indicates blocked room.
Know Booking Details
Number against guest name indicates the number of rooms.
Yellow dot on booking shows that the booking has a Note from the guest.
Red dot on booking shows that the payment is pending.
Grey background shows Checked-out bookings.
Broom sign indicates the room is dirty.
Symbol of three people indicates group booking.

3. The Rooms View
The Rooms view is a solution to all your room related operations for the Current Day. It shows all the rooms in your property and their status in an easy to see colored tile look.
Know Booking Status
Green color tile indicate check-in has been done for the day.
Yellow color tile indicate check-in is awaited today.
Red hatched stripe tile indicate blocked room.
Grey color tile indicate available room.

Know Booking Status
➤Want to check how many room guests are arriving today? Check the ‘Arrivals’ filter on the top and arriving room list will be displayed for the selected floor.
➤Want to check the number of vacant rooms on a floor?
Check the ‘Vacant’ filter on top and vacant rooms of the selected floor will be displayed.
Or, look for the vacant room tiles that appear in grey color.
Note : Vacant list also includes unassigned rooms and yet to be checked-in rooms.
➤Want to check rooms checking-out today?
Check the ‘Departure’ filter on the top and the rooms will be displayed for the selected floor.
➤Want to check the blocked rooms?
The ‘Blocked Rooms’ button on top is a one click option to see list of rooms blocked for maintenance purpose and cannot be sold for now.
Know Booking Details
➤Want to check dirty rooms on a particular floor?
Open the Room view and look for broom symbol on the room tiles.
Available Data Filters:
Arrival - Shows bookings that are scheduled to arrive or check-in today.
Departure - Shows bookings that are scheduled to depart or check-out today.
Vacant - Shows list of rooms available as well as planned for check-in.
Occupied - Shows list of rooms already in use by the guests.
Room Type - Select the desired room type and your bookings table will be sorted for that room only.
Sellable Status - Shows the status of rooms on the selected floor.
‘Green’ option will show all the rooms that are checked-in and scheduled for check-in.
‘Orange’ option will show all the rooms that are under cleaning.
‘Red’ option will show rooms that are under maintenance and cannot be sold.
Note :
- You can use a combination of the above filters to sort your data even better.
Don’t miss the count available at the header of each filter, it indicates the relevant booking count.
‘Show Unassigned Bookings’ option is available at the top of screen. Click and view the list of unassigned rooms.

Know Booking Status
Yellow background of booking indicates that it is scheduled for check-in.
Green background of booking indicates that it is already checked-in.
Grey background of booking indicates that it is available.
Know Booking Details
A currency sign on booking shows that the payment is pending.
A note sign on booking shows that a note/comments from guest has been attached to this booking.
Broom sign on booking shows it is dirty room.
Multiple booking sign signifies that room has multiple bookings on same day.
If you click on a booking once, it will show checked in details and on next click it will show
details of next booking.
Three heads sign signifies that it is group booking.
