In the ‘Bookings’ screen of OYO OS, there are three ways to view your bookings.

  1. List View (Default View)

  2. Calendar View (aka Room Planner)

  3. Rooms View

By default, your bookings will appear in the List View. However, you can change the default view to the Calendar view (aka Room Planner) for your OS. 


Go to Settings > Features > Room Planner section

Switch ON the option ‘Do you want to make Room Planner as default view?’.



With this, every time you open the Bookings screen, your bookings will appear in Calendar View, also known as Room Planner, by default.



Note : 

  • Your ‘Bookings’ screen may already have the ‘Calendar View’ set as default view. This means the option ‘Do you want to make Room Planner as default view?’ is already switched ON. You can anytime switch it OFF to make List View as your default view for bookings.

  • At present, ‘Rooms View’ cannot be set as default view. However, we will make this feature available in future releases.
