The property managers can request a refund on behalf of the guest using the OYO OS.
Please follow the steps below to initiate the request for refund:
Step 1: From the main dashboard, click on the bookings tab.
Step 2: Click on the booking, that needs to be refunded.
Step 3: On the booking page scroll down to find the Refund Amount section, and click on Request Refund. (The Refund Amount window will only appear if there is a full or partial payment collected)
Step 4:
Step I: Select between Full refund or Partial Amount Refund
Step II: If Partial Amount option is selected, Enter the amount that needs to be
refunded
Step III: Enter the guests registered mobile number
Step 5:
Step I: Select the reason from the drop down menu
Step II: Enter a description of min 10 characters
Step III: Click on Refund
Step 6: The refund request will be sent to the AGM for approval, once approved the refund will be initiated.
