The property manager can add security deposits to a booking, which are to be collected from the guest at the time of check-in as an assurance from the guest. 

These security deposits, collected in the form of a ID proof or money, are also added to the Invoice for a booking and are visible to the Property Manager. 


The following process needs to be followed to check the security deposit and print the details :


Step 1: Open the 'Booking Details' of a booking you want to check the security deposits for.



Step 2: Check the 'Security deposit' section under Price Summary on the right side panel of a booking. 



Step 3: If the security deposit is already collected, move to step 4.  Else, follow the following images:

    

    i. Click on 'Add Security Deposit' to accept the deposit. 


    ii. Enter the details and select 'Collect Security Deposit'.


    iii. Check if the Security Deposit details have been updated.



Step 4: Select 'View Details' under the Bill Summary on the right panel.



Step 5: Select 'Print Details' on the top right of the screen.



Step 6: The Security Deposit is displayed on the customer's Invoice.
