Property managers can now block and unblock rooms using the OYO OS. Blocking can be done due to a general requirement of repair and maintenance or due to a fault in the room. 

A room can be unblocked by following the steps below:

 


Step 1: From the Home screen of the OYO OS, click on the Rooms tab. 

 


Step 2: In the rooms section, click on the Block Room Details button.



Step 3: On the Block room details page, click on the unblock button corresponding to the room that needs to be unblocked, and the room will be unblocked. 

The room will be unblocked without any approvals.

 


Property manager can unblock multiple rooms by following the steps below:


i: On the block room details page, select the rooms that need to be unblocked. 

ii: An unblock button will appear on the screen, click on the unblock all button to unblock multiple rooms.

iii: All blocked rooms may also be selected by clicking on the check box next to ‘Room Nos’
