OYO OS has the functionality to print invoices for non-residing customers also who may use the services provided by the hotels like restaurants, banquet hall etc. The property manager can add/ update such facilities that are provided by the property to the non-residing customer, if any, to print them invoices directly from the OYO OS.

 

The following process needs to be followed to add a facility that is provided by the property:

 

Step 1: Click on ‘add new facility’ to add a facility provided by the property to a non-residing customer that visits the property

 

 

Step 2: Select appropriate facility category as per the list available, enter the facility name and description. Post this click ‘add facility’ for activating the facility.
